The XP system for territory reps

REPXP

Run on progress. Not pressure.

You already keep score. You check your numbers before the coffee is ready. RepXP gives that instinct a screen inside the Wedge: every brief you scan, every outcome you log and every account you save moves the bar, and a daily streak compounds it. Thirty levels in four tiers, and real RepVantage gear at five milestone levels, checked by the server against your real lifetime briefs. Your progress, on your own account, with no manager to approve it.

Gear is claimed against a level the server works out from your real lifetime briefs, so a number on one phone can never unlock it, and the code arrives by email. RepXP shows no time-to-level guesses, and a stat with no data behind it stays hidden rather than showing a zero.

For the whole team

Your score is yours.
The team runs on DOMINATE.

Every rep keeps their own RepXP on any plan. The level, the streak, the gear you earn, those stay yours.

When you run a team, Teams puts the whole roster on one screen in the admin console, and DOMINATE tunes RepXP to how your people actually win.

DOMINATE adds the team layer
The whole roster on one board, each rep’s RepXP beside their briefs
Custom RepXP tuned to how your team wins
An admin console with real engagement metrics
Assign briefs from the admin, routing and accounts pre-filled
Personalized agentic workflows for your playbook
Start the bar moving
