NOW HIRING
We are a small team building the intelligence layer for field sales, from the rep’s side of the windshield. Three seats are on the radar right now, plus an internship program for builders still in school.
The seats we are filling
Field roles and founding builds, W-2 and 1099 alike. Small team, real ownership, no layers between you and the product.

Founding AI Product Engineer
Applications under reviewBuild the agent runtime behind every brief a rep pulls.
A founding engineering role on a small team shipping a high-craft, phone-first sales tool. You will work across the whole stack: the TypeScript backend, the React front ends, and the hand-rolled agent runtime that turns live public data into a 60-second field brief. The LinkedIn posting for this role has closed and we are working through applicants now; if this is unmistakably you, we still want to hear about it by email.
- ▸Own features end to end, from prompt to production
- ▸Work on the agent runtime: parallel tool execution, abort propagation, per-run cost ceilings
- ▸Ship React UIs reps open in a parking lot, on a phone, in the sun
- ▸Help stand up our first eval harness for brief quality
- ▸Strong TypeScript and React in production
- ▸You have built something real with LLM APIs, beyond a wrapper
- ▸Product taste: you notice when software wastes a user’s minute
- ▸Comfortable owning ambiguous problems on a very small team
The product deploys most days. Your work reaches real reps the week you write it, not next quarter.
Every decision starts from the rep in the truck at 8:55, not from a dashboard. If it does not help the field, it does not ship.
Two founders, a small crew, zero middle management. You talk to the people who decide, because you are one of them.
RepVantage Internship Program
A working internship on a production AI product, not a coffee run. You ship code that real field reps use the same week, with direct mentorship from the founders.
Interns get a single scoped project with a real finish line, for example the eval harness for our agent runtime, and carry it from design to production.
TypeScript, NestJS, React, Postgres, and Claude model APIs. The same codebase the founders work in, not a sandbox.
You work directly with the people who built the product. Code review, architecture discussion, and honest feedback throughout.
The Wedge is live and in the field every morning. What you ship shows up in the hands of working sales reps.
Best fit: computer science or AI students who have built something on their own and want production reps. Remote-friendly with Texas roots. Semester and summer timing are both open.
