Privacy Policy

Last updated October 10, 2026

We built RepVantage from the rep’s side of the windshield, and we treat your data the way we would want ours treated: collect only what the product needs, never sell it, and tell you plainly what happens to it. This page is the plain version.

Who we are

RepVantage LLC ("RepVantage", "we", "us") is a Texas limited liability company that operates the RepVantage sales intelligence product. This policy covers every site and app we own and run:

repvantage.io
Our marketing site, including pricing, support, and these legal pages.
wedge.repvantage.io
The Wedge field application, and our iOS app of the same product.
shop.repvantage.io
Our merch store. Checkout is hosted by Stripe and orders are printed and shipped by Printful.
admin.repvantage.io
The administration console account administrators use to manage access to the Wedge for their team.

Some of these are still being built. This policy covers them as they come online.

This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices and rights you have. If you do not agree with this policy, please do not use the product.

Information we collect

We collect only what we need to run the product and keep it working.

Account and sign-in data
You sign in with Google or with Sign in with Apple. From Google we receive your name, email address, and basic profile information. From Sign in with Apple we receive your name and email address, and Apple lets you keep your real email private, in which case we only ever see a private relay address. We never see or store your password with either provider. We do not offer email-and-password accounts.
Your preferences and content
The industry, role, products you sell, competitors, and similar preferences you set, plus the briefs you generate, accounts you research, items you save, and outcomes you log.
Account research inputs
The business names and locations you ask us to research. The resulting brief is built mostly from public business information about those companies, not from private consumer data.
Payment data
If you subscribe on the web, payment is handled by Stripe, which processes your card details directly. If you subscribe or make a purchase inside the iOS app, the purchase is processed by Apple through the App Store. In both cases we receive your subscription and billing status, not your full card number.
Merch store orders
If you buy something from our merch store, checkout happens on a Stripe-hosted page. Stripe collects your name, email address, shipping address, and the size and color you choose, and passes that order information to us so the item can be printed and shipped. We do not receive your full card number, and you do not need a RepVantage account to order.
Usage, device, and diagnostic data
Standard log data such as IP address, browser and device type, pages and features used, performance metrics, and error reports. This helps us keep the product fast and fix problems.
Calendar data (optional)
If you connect Google Calendar, we read upcoming events so the Wedge can prepare briefs for your scheduled calls. You can disconnect this at any time.
Mobile number (optional)
If you join Text Briefings, the mobile number you enter and confirm, the date you confirmed it, and whether that number has replied STOP. See the text messages section below.

How we use your information

Provide the product
Authenticate you, generate briefs, resolve account locations, save your work, process subscriptions, and fulfill merch store orders.
Improve and support
Diagnose errors, measure feature usage in aggregate, respond to support requests, and improve brief quality.
Communicate
Send transactional messages (sign-in, billing, support) and, where permitted, product updates you can opt out of at any time.
Protect the product
Detect and prevent abuse, fraud, and security incidents, and enforce our terms.

AI processing

RepVantage uses third-party AI models from Anthropic to turn the account you enter and the public information we gather into a written brief. The account name, your preferences, and the source material are sent to Anthropic to generate that output.

Your inputs and the generated briefs are not used to train third-party foundation models. We do not sell your information to AI providers or anyone else.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. Advertising measurement tags from Meta and LinkedIn run on the marketing site and the sign-in page so we can see which campaigns bring people to RepVantage; they do not run inside the product.

We share information only with service providers that help us run the product, and only as needed for them to perform their work for us. Our main service providers are:

Google LLC
Sign-in, business location lookup (Maps and Places), optional calendar.
Anthropic PBC
AI models that generate brief content.
Stripe, Inc.
Payment processing and subscription billing on the web, and hosted checkout for merch store orders.
Apple Inc.
Sign in with Apple authentication, and App Store payment processing and receipt validation for purchases made in the iOS app.
Printful, Inc.
Printing and shipping for merch store orders.
Resend
Transactional and product email delivery.
Twilio Inc.
Text message delivery for Text Briefings and phone verification codes.
PostHog
Product analytics (how features are used, in aggregate). When you submit a form on the marketing site, we also link that visit to the work email you gave, so we can follow up and see which pages led to your request. A demo request also attaches the name, company, team size and what-you-sell answer you entered to that profile.
Web3Forms
Delivers the contact, demo-request, newsletter and playbook forms you submit on the marketing site to us (your name, work email, company and message).
Meta Platforms, Inc.
Ad conversion measurement (Meta Pixel) on the marketing site and sign-in page.
LinkedIn Corporation
Ad conversion measurement (Insight Tag) on the marketing site and sign-in page.
Microsoft Clarity
Session recordings and heatmaps of how visitors use the marketing site, when enabled.
Google Analytics
Site analytics on the marketing site, when enabled. A demo request also sets the name, company, team size and what-you-sell answer you entered as user properties. Your email address is not sent to Google Analytics.
Common Room
Visitor and community analytics on the marketing site, when enabled.
Sentry
Error and performance monitoring.
Amazon Web Services
Cloud hosting and infrastructure.

We may also disclose information if required by law, to respond to lawful requests, to protect the rights, safety, and property of RepVantage or others, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case we will continue to protect your information under this policy.

Data retention

We keep your information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the product. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from the account settings inside the app, or by emailing us. Once you delete your account, we delete or de-identify your personal information within a reasonable period, except where we are required to keep it for legal, tax, accounting, or security reasons.

Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit, access controls, and restricting access to those who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

If we learn of a data breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you and the appropriate authorities as required by applicable law, including the Texas Identity Theft Enforcement and Protection Act.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have some or all of the following rights:

Access and portability
Ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
Correction
Ask us to correct inaccurate information.
Deletion
Delete your account and all associated personal information at any time from the account settings inside the app, or by emailing us. We complete deletion within a reasonable period, except for records we must keep for legal, tax, or security reasons.
Opt out of marketing
Unsubscribe from product and marketing email at any time using the link in any such message.
Opt out of sale or sharing
We do not sell or share your personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of, but you may still contact us to confirm.

To exercise any of these rights, email us at support@repvantage.io. We will verify your request using your account email and respond within the time required by law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

California privacy (CCPA and CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you have the rights described above, including the right to know what personal information we collect, the right to delete it, the right to correct it, and the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. As stated above, we do not sell or share personal information.

To make a request, email support@repvantage.io. We will verify your identity through your account email before acting on the request.

Email communications

We comply with the CAN-SPAM Act. Every commercial email we send includes a way to unsubscribe and our physical mailing address. We honor opt-out requests promptly. Transactional messages, such as sign-in, billing, and support replies, are necessary to operate the product and are sent regardless of marketing preferences.

Text messages

Text Briefings is optional. We only text a mobile number that you entered yourself in the app and confirmed with a one-time code, and we use it only to send your verification codes, the confirmation that you joined, your morning briefing, and your visit texts if you turn them on separately. Program details, message frequency, and how to get help are in the Text Briefings section of our Terms of Service.

We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile number or your text message consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party, except with Twilio, the provider that delivers the texts on our behalf.

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts, or HELP for help. You can also turn texts off in the app, or email us.

Cookies and analytics

We use a small number of cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember your preferences, and understand how the product is used through our analytics provider. The advertising measurement tags listed above set their own cookies on the marketing site and the sign-in page.

We do not currently show a cookie consent prompt. Your browser settings and content blockers control these tags, and you can ask us to delete your information at any time using the contact below.

International users

RepVantage is operated from the United States, and your information is processed and stored in the United States. If you access the product from outside the United States, you understand that your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your country.

Children's privacy

RepVantage is a tool for working sales professionals and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the date at the top and, where appropriate, notify you. Your continued use of the product after an update means you accept the revised policy.
